Job Title: Corporate Lawyer (PSL) - Professional Support Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team as a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL). The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be able to provide support to our fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and keep up to date with current law and practice
  • Assist fee earners with research and advising on technical issues
  • Develop and implement new client-facing tools and ways of working

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years PQE in corporate law
  • Experience working as a PSL or in a similar role
  • Ability to keep fee earners updated on the latest developments in law and practice
