Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Leader to join our team at WeDiscover, a leading UK-based performance marketing and technology agency. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and technically-minded individual to shape the direction of our paid social department.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with 2 years in a leadership role owning a department or client P&L. A proven track record of managing enterprise-level paid social budgets (£1M+ monthly) is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms' advertising capabilities and API infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategic direction of the paid social team across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest etc.)
  • Ensure high standards of execution are maintained across our client portfolio, inclusive of shaping internal training resources
  • Evolve and maintain best practices for campaign management, testing, and optimisation
