Brook Street Business Professional is partnering with a leading property management company to find an ambitious Property Valuer to join their Welwyn Garden City team. As a Property Valuer, you'll be part of a vibrant, award-winning company with over 2,000 dedicated professionals across estate agency, lettings, financial services, surveying, and marketing.

Your Role:
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Focus on generating new and repeat business by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Market Properties: Gain new instructions for properties to market and market properties effectively using various marketing strategies.
- Complete Contracts: Complete contracts on properties and up-sell additional products.
- Prepare Professional Brochures: Prepare professional brochures with photos and detailed descriptions.
- Canvass the Local Area: Canvass the local area through door knocking and leaflet dropping.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Full UK Driving Licence: A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Unrestricted Right to Work: Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Experience as an Estate Agent: Experience as an Estate Agent, ready to elevate your career.
- Team-Oriented Attitude: A team-oriented attitude that fosters a positive work environment.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership skills to support your manager and lead the team.
- Strong IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency with basic Microsoft packages.
