Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Unicorn Resourcing Limited. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating a strong sales pipeline with new and existing customers in the DACH, Nordics, and Eastern Europe territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research target accounts and personnel to effectively carry out prospecting activities that generate a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Product Understanding and Communication: Understand and communicate the value of our High-Performance KVM products for each customer use case.
- Partner Development: Develop close working relationships with local distribution and reseller partners.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute prospecting activities and promotions around new product launches, events, and other initiatives.
- Lead Qualification and Progression: Qualify and progress new sales opportunities, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-through.
- Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships with Territory Managers and the Marketing team.
- Customer Engagement: Host face-to-face meetings with customers at events and visit reseller sales floors.
- Technology Utilization: Fully utilize CRM and other technology tools to maximize effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- Language Skills: Native German ideally, but you must be fluent/bilingual in German.
- Desirable Skills: Strong desire to succeed in technology sales and advance to field sales roles, ability to gain prospects' attention through unique and insightful contact using telephone, e-mail, and other communication tools, demonstrated confidence, persistence, and curiosity required for sales development, highly organized and capable of prioritizing and managing time effectively, positive team player with excellent communication skills and telephone presence, self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to stretch beyond office hours when necessary.
