**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Promote a positive and supportive working environment
  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards in line with CQC guidelines
  • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for day-to-day management of the home

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive annual salary of £51,168, based on £24.00 per hour. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including free meals, ongoing personal development plan and career progression, Company Pension Scheme, and friendly working environment.
