Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations align with relevant laws and regulations in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance-related matters to the team, ensuring a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  3. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Coordinate compliance training for staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
  5. Monitor and report on compliance activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
  1. A strong academic background in a relevant field, such as law, business, or a related discipline.
  2. Proven experience in compliance roles, with a deep understanding of regulations and standards in the property sector.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
