The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-volume cooking, with experience in managing a team and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus Tronc (£6,000 p/y) and a bonus structure that rewards your contributions to our success.

What You'll Do:

As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
