Job Title: Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Clear Legal Recruitment Limited. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, debt collection, property, and construction disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Manage and progress client calls and queries in a timely manner
  • Engage with other parties involved in matters to ensure precise, timely, and comprehensive communication
  • Escalate queries where required and manage the acquisition, analysis, exchange, and administration of relevant documentation
  • Manage own cases as appropriate and in accordance with compliance and procedural requirements
  • Financial management of own matters
  • Completion of tasks as allocated by senior fee earners on larger and more complex matters
Essential Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor with experience of Corporate support work
  • Proven, effective management of matters
  • Drafting and reviewing of contracts and handbooks
  • Handling of complex Employment Tribunal matters through to conclusion
  • Advising owners, senior managers, and HR teams on day-to-day employment and HR matters
  • Marketing and business development activity
