Exciting Opportunity: Portfolio Manager

Location: Hybrid Working

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance (£9, % Bonus

Hours: 37.5 per week (Flexible, core hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Portfolio Manager to lead the charge in the building materials and construction sector. As a key member of our team at Harbourne Associates, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a game-changing roadmap for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and shape our future offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a talented team to deliver excellence in portfolio management.
  • Collaboration: Partner with architects, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product or portfolio management, ideally within building materials, manufacturing, or construction.
  • A strategic mindset with a knack for leadership and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid working model, with key office days on Tues, Weds, and Thurs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Package: £50,000 - £55,000 + car allowance + 10% bonus.
