Job Description: Fleet Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive fleet business growth within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key fleet accounts, including government agencies, businesses, and rental companies.
  • Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to fleet customers, tailoring solutions to their specific needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and service, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in fleet sales within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market and key industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
