About the Role

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a highly skilled Front-end Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our front-end development team, you will play a pivotal role in refining and enhancing our framework and tooling to maximize game development speed and efficiency while maintaining quality and scalability across all studios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to game studios, resolving technical challenges and ensuring they can work effectively.
  • Design technical solutions for new features and requirements, collaborating closely with architects and heads of Studios to shape the future roadmap.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the GDK frontend framework, identifying areas that can be improved to increase quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all features are documented and communicated effectively to Studios, collaborating with artists and technical artists to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with product owners and producers to define new features, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with mobile web development, including JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with NPM, Jest, Webpack, and other build tools.
  • CI/CD experience, ideally with Gitlab CI pipelines.
  • Good understanding of web optimization techniques.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Angular desirable.
