Job Description

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximise mortgage and protection sales from quality leads. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional client care and helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances
  • Advising on and arranging residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as non-regulated insurance products
  • Working with and providing feedback to the residential team regarding progress to leads provided
Requirements

To succeed as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will need:

  • To be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives)
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with a natural drive to reach and exceed your goals
  • To be organised, self-motivated, and a team player, with the ability to work under pressure
  • To be numerate and detail-conscious
