About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Lamledge School. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Teachers in delivering high-quality education to pupils with social, emotional, and behaviour difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils
  • Prepare classrooms and materials to facilitate learning
  • Build positive relationships with pupils to promote interaction and learning
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons in a creative and positive setting
Requirements
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Calm, engaging, and resilient with a genuine motivation to help every pupil reach their potential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and enjoy helping others
