Sustainable Aerated Blocks Production Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented Sustainable Aerated Blocks Production Specialist to join our team at Tarmac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of our sustainable aerated blocks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain mobile plant equipment to meet production targets and ensure excellent health and safety standards.
  • Load and unload product, consumables, and select raw materials using fork trucks, clamp trucks, loading shovels, and dumper trucks.
  • Ensure daily compliance checks and standards are met, including housekeeping duties and mobile plant cleanliness.
  • Build working relationships with production, yard, and maintenance personnel to achieve operational excellence.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve quality, safety, and mechanical issues.

Requirements:
  • Operational process experience.
  • Heavy plant and equipment experience.
  • PC literacy and ability to complete online learning.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards.
