The Role
We are seeking a skilled Safety and Compliance Expert to lead our safety, health, and risk management strategy. As Head of Health and Safety, you will develop, implement, and execute comprehensive plans to enhance safety standards, minimize risks, and drive continuous service improvement.
You will influence strategic decisions and foster a culture of safety awareness across the organization. A key requirement for this role is your ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of our safety strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Liaise with senior management and departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration on safety matters
- Conduct risk assessments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce risks
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near-misses, and compliance activities
- Provide training and support to staff on safety procedures and protocols
