**Graduate Sales Account Manager Opportunity**
Due to our company's growth, we are seeking a motivated Graduate to join our team as a Junior Sales Account Manager to support our Director.
This role would be suitable for a Graduate with a Degree in Fashion or Business and a keen interest in the Fashion Industry and sales.
- Carry out general sales administration tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day workflow of the sales department.
- Communicate daily with offshore factories.
- Build and maintain customer/client relationships over the phone and via email when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and personalized communication while exceeding expectations.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, relevant problems, and post-sale care to customers.
**Requirements**
- An intelligent, driven, and passionate individual who wants to get into sales.
- Experience of working in a sales/office environment is desirable.
- A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A confident and friendly approach to dealing with customers over the telephone and face-to-face.
