Safety and Reliability Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Reliability Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement safety and reliability strategies to ensure the safe and effective operation of our systems
* Conduct hazard analysis and safety evaluations to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop safe and reliable systems
* Develop and maintain safety cases and reliability reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, physics, mathematics)
* Proven experience in safety and reliability engineering
* Strong understanding of system engineering principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
