Agricultural Sprayer Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Sprayer Engineer to join our Engineering Team at Nova Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing agricultural machines and crop sprayers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, diagnose, and repair agricultural machines and crop sprayers.
  • Maintain, operate, and ensure all machinery and equipment are aligned with company and manufacturer standards.
  • Document and record all works carried out, with administration completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure a cohesive and efficient working environment.
  • Plan daily work schedules with team and customers in an efficient way.
  • Build effective relationships with all colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all team members work in a safe manner and follow all Health & Safety requirements and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of agricultural machinery, plant, HGV, vehicle mechanics, or similar machinery.
  • Proven hands-on experience in servicing, repairs, and vehicle electrics.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good practical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Experience of GPS and ISOBUS systems would be an advantage.
