Job Title: MOT Technician

Job Summary:
Rubber Duck Cars is seeking a skilled MOT Technician to join our team in Nuneaton. As a key member of our garage, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality technical advice and service to all our clients' customers
Assist senior and master technicians, and undertake learning and development as prescribed
Maintain comprehensive records in a timely fashion, and ensure colleagues do the same
Create and maintain a supportive culture for all colleagues
Commit to ongoing learning and development
Deliver all services in the most resource-effective manner possible

Essential Skills and Experience:
Fully qualified – City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork
Previous automotive technician experience
Ability to support, coach, and counsel colleagues and junior team members
Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'
