Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Silverdale Primary Academy. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning of our pupils, providing individualized support to ensure they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to pupils, focusing on their academic and personal development.
- Assist teachers in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of engaging and stimulating activities, promoting pupil engagement and motivation.
Requirements:
- Patience, calmness, and enthusiasm when interacting with children.
- Confidence in running stimulating, fun, and educational activities with pupils.
- Ability to build and encourage confidence in pupils, allowing them to lead their own learning when appropriate.
