Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join our Children's & Families Team in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support children and families in achieving positive change and improved outcomes.
  • Conduct complex assessments and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults, adhering to safeguarding policies and relevant legislation.
  • Advise on and enable the use of universal and specialist resources, including assistive technology and community equipment, to support individuals and families.
  • Ensure that information and services delivered to children, families, and carers are accessible and comply with equality duties under the Equality Act.
  • Demonstrate effective supervision and seek advice as necessary, escalating issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
