As a Logistics Operator at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site services team. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our colleagues and corporate clients
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Work closely with the loading bay and mail room team to deliver a seamless service
  • Assist with the resolution of any logistics-related issues or discrepancies
  • Perform general deliveries across the site, including some waste pickups
Requirements
  • Certification to drive a forklift truck is a bonus, but not essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems, or a willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service skills and a service-oriented attitude
  • A full UK Driving Licence
