Education Sector Team Lead

Our Education provider is seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to cover various London sites. In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in managing our education operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for managing a team of educators and providing them with guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- You will work closely with other teams to develop and implement strategies to improve our education services.
- You will be required to maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and attainment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in education or operations management.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A clean driving licence is essential for this role.
- Competent in English and maths.
- A starting salary of £30,000 per annum, rising to £32,000 after 6 months and passing probation.
