Temporary Warehouse Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Warehouse Operative to join our team for a 1-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Key Details:
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Contract Length: 1 month, with potential for extension
  • Location: Based in our warehouse, with occasional local deliveries required
Role Responsibilities:
  • Moving stock around the warehouse
  • Picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods
  • Scanning, labelling, and processing stock
  • Sorting returns and placing stock in designated areas
  • Covering local deliveries during staff sickness or holidays
Requirements:
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to make deliveries when necessary.
  • Please note: If you do not hold a valid driving licence, you will not be considered for the position.
  • Previous warehouse experience is essential. Candidates without prior experience will not be put forward for this role.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour
  • Weekly Pay: Paid every Friday
