About the Job

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Camden. This role offers an ASAP start and a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have recently graduated from a prestigious British University with a Psychology-related degree and possess a sympathetic and compassionate approach to working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This position would be particularly suitable for individuals pursuing a career in Speech and Language, Child Therapy, or other related fields.

About the Role:

  • Support students with SEN in a Camden-based school
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and therapists to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Pursue further professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in SEN

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a Psychology-related degree from a reputable UK university
  • Experience working with children or young adults with SEN (desirable)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
