About this role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused colleague to join our team at Tesco. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues professionally and efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers
  • Maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to Tesco's health and safety policies and procedures
  • Handling cash and operating a till, accurately processing transactions and maintaining a high level of stock accuracy
  • Supporting the management team with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment and visual merchandising

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues and management
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
