About the Role

As a Commercial Project Coordinator with our team at SCS Railways, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, contributing to the development of a new high-speed rail network in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the project management and engineering teams to ensure effective commercial management of the contract.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of project documentation, including progress valuations, claims, and cost reports.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of contractual and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2017 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System.
  • Manage subcontracts from initial placement of order to final account, ensuring timely and efficient payment processes.
About You

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. A relevant degree (equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant industry experience is essential, along with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career growth within our company.
