Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Building Services Team Lead to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, overseeing tasks, risk assessments, permits, and projects. This role offers a dynamic blend of leadership and occasional hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all maintenance tasks for compliance and operational efficiency
  • Review and approve risk assessments and method statements
  • Issue and close permits to work
  • Develop and maintain PPM schedules
  • Oversee small works projects
  • Keep clients informed of site developments

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
  • 18th Edition certification
  • Strong knowledge of building services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented with problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive pension scheme, and other valuable perks.
