About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our Child Protection team, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of children and families, identifying needs and risks.
  2. Develop effective support plans to safeguard children's well-being.
  3. Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure a cohesive approach.
  4. Attend court hearings and provide expert evidence.
  5. Provide guidance and support to families in need.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity.
  • Knowledge of child protection legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
