Food Production Supervisor

At Meatex Trading Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of our food production area meets the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and waste management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control metrics.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leading and managing production teams to achieve high-quality standards and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
