Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Work Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management structure, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our social care services.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality case work.
Undertake complex casework, including contested care proceedings, and provide expertise in child welfare and protection.
Assess and provide services to children in need, working within the framework of relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care.
Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check.
Registration with Social Work England (or ability to obtain registration prior to commencement).
