Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven individual with a background in sales to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Executive.

This role will involve developing new business opportunities nationwide, focusing on selling tailored security services to existing and potential clients.

About the Role:
  • Driving new business opportunities across the UK
  • Selling tailored security services to existing and potential clients
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve business targets
  • Identifying and tailoring services to suit each client's unique needs
About You:
  • Business Development/Sales background
  • Experience in Fire & Security or service sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission (OTE 100K)
  • Car allowance
  • Annual bonus (5-10%)

We are a family-owned, independent security services business founded in 2018. Our clients include large facilities management companies, national heritage sites, schools, estates, and commercial clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to meet tight deadlines.
