Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Workingmums. As a Care Home Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC.
  • Valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • DBS and DBS Adult First check.
  • 12-hour shifts.
  • Driving license (preferred but not essential).
