Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bar Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional drink service and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional drink service to our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to create and maintain a high-quality operation, service, and product
  • Ensure our bar guests are taken care of during service
  • Continually build upon your company and product knowledge
  • Take orders and process them on EPOS
  • Report any problems or issues with guests to the manager on duty
  • Work in accordance with the Food Safety Act, health and safety regulations, and The Licensing Act
  • Ensure the bar remains tidy and is set up for the next service
  • Present yourself in a clean, well-ironed shirt and apron, with permitted jewelry only, and clean and tidy nails and hair
