Driving Assessor - Construction

We are seeking a skilled Driving Assessor to join our client's construction team. As a Driving Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operatives on site.

About the Company

Our client is a reputable construction company with a strong presence in the UK and internationally. They are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for their employees and are looking for a hardworking and proactive individual to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor operatives to develop good driving behaviors
  • Assess the driving capabilities of operatives in various vehicles and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify operatives who require further training and work with the Training Manager to develop a training plan
  • Ensure that all operatives are adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid UK driving license
