Care Services Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Services Supervisor to join our team at Trinity Homecare. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a group of carers to deliver high-quality visiting care services to clients in their own homes.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective work rotas for the care team, ensuring that all necessary tasks and activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- To maintain accurate records of client interactions, including care calls, telephone conversations, and email correspondence.
- To identify and escalate any complaints or safeguarding concerns to the Registered Manager immediately, and to record all details on People Planner.
- To provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and politely to client inquiries and concerns.
- To monitor the quality of care delivered by the team, ensuring that it meets the company's standards and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in care provision at a level reflecting the responsibilities of the post.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full driving license and owner driver status.
Salary: £24,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Northwood.
