Automotive Technician

At Roadside Motors Limited, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose vehicle problems using manufacturer-approved technical equipment
- Use manufacturer technical help-lines in accordance with organisational procedures
- Conduct routine services on vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations
- Keep service reception informed of progress on vehicle repairs or service
- Carry out work according to manufacturer and organisational deadlines
- Complete a vehicle condition report (VCR) and hand this together with job card to service reception
- Identify and carry out warranty repairs once authorisation is given according to organisational and manufacturer requirements
- Work to support other team members in the achievement of their objectives when asked to do so or required by their Manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of parts requirements to complete job
- Hold a full driving licence
