About the Position

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a highly skilled individual to provide expert administrative support to financial advisers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to one or more financial advisers, including tasks such as training and mentoring team members.
  • Preparation and submission of applications and supporting documents to product providers.
  • Maintenance of accurate records on the back-office system.
Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an adviser support role.
  • A Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
