Overview
The role of the Food and Beverage Director at 21c Museum Hotels offers a unique opportunity to combine a passion for art, hospitality, and food. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Manage food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory control, and labor management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service excellence throughout the restaurant and events spaces.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm for the team, restaurant, events, brand, and culture.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of five to eight years' experience in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant.
  • Some hotel property experience preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
