Job Title: CCTV and Security Manager

Our client is a leading provider of professional integrated bespoke security and facilities management services. We are seeking an experienced CCTV and Security Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the smooth operation of security services on client sites.
  2. Manage sub-contractors and hold regular review meetings.
  3. Provide high-quality services to clients through regular constructive meetings.
  4. Implement and comply with company policies and procedures.
  5. Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate where necessary.
  6. Conduct regular site visits and support continuous improvement.
  7. Identify new services to grow and expand the business.
  8. Act as Duty Manager on a rota basis.
  9. Arrange site inductions and ensure training records are completed.
  10. Deal with customer complaints and take effective action.
  11. Raise assignment instructions and conduct site surveys and risk assessments.
  12. Review and update assignment instructions and risk assessments annually.
  13. Develop and manage the security team to ensure high standards are met.
  14. Be responsible for manning and maintaining equipment on sites.
  15. Proficient in MS Office and hold a valid SIA licence.
  16. Have a deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, and the contract lifecycle.
  17. possess critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications.
  18. Have an excellent understanding of the security industry, its services, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Industry experience and a valid SIA licence.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, and the contract lifecycle.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications.
