We are recruiting a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Chartwells, a leading provider of catering and support services to the education sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Supervision: Oversee a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent food service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to maintain efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Food Safety: Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
