Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and supportive living environment.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build rapport with young people and establish trust. A valid full manual driving licence is essential for this role.
Salary: £34,798 - £36,741 per year (including sleepover allowance)
