Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Luggage and Messages:
  • Ensure prompt delivery of luggage, messages, and packages to guest rooms within 7 minutes.
  • Answer Department Telephone:
  • Respond to department telephone calls within 4 rings, providing efficient and courteous service to guests.
  • Provide Guest Services:
  • Offer assistance with guest requests, including delivering items to guest rooms and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 $52,900 per annum, based on national averages in the hospitality industry.
