Mentor for Young People

This position requires someone with a strong background in working with young people, particularly those who face behavioural challenges. You will be expected to work closely with teachers and other support staff to design and implement tailored learning strategies that cater to each child's unique requirements. Your duties will include assisting children during lessons, overseeing pupil learning plans, and offering physical support when needed.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting student progress, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining effective communication with parents/guardians. Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with SEND pupils
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
