Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our trade product management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance our trade operations and improve customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with our control functions teams to ensure the successful execution of each project, ensuring system changes are thoroughly tested, and client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new workflows, procedures, and scope of work for creating future state functional changes, drive straight through and scalable processing, and enabling a full end-to-end digital experience.
  • Design and prepare dashboards/scorecards/reports and monitor drivers of performance and productivity to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience in trade product management, trade operations, or trade technology. Master's degree in management could be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of process improvement and reengineering methodologies (Lean/Learn Six Sigma) gained across global projects, which incorporate regional and country-specific details.
  • Experience of leading large multi-year technology transformation initiatives, especially focused on transformations and delivering superior client experience.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and analytical thinker with a proven ability to orchestrate and drive the successful & timely completion of goals and actions to achieve business objectives through excellent project management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
