Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Profiles Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and fault-finding to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure production requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Assist in the design and fabrication of jigs and fixtures to improve production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

Requirements:
  • City and Guilds electrical installation qualification.
  • NVQ Electrical Installation qualification.
  • Knowledge of 17th Edition wiring regulations.
  • Experience with ProtoTRAK CNC mill controls or similar and GE Fanuc series Oi CNC Lathe controls or similar.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal English.
  • Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
