Around 40 hours per week, working four 10-hour shifts Monday – Friday, with a Saturday rota. A competitive salary starting from £34,000 pro rata increasing in year 2. No financial tie-in, six weeks' holiday per year, birthday as a paid day off, company pension scheme, private medical insurance, and employee assistance programme.
