Job Title: Care Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Care Manager Lead for our clients' nursing home. As a leading provider of elderly care services, our clients are committed to delivering exceptional care to their residents and maintaining high standards in their facilities. If you are a Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN, possess extensive clinical knowledge, and have experience in a nursing/care home setting for older people, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide effective leadership and management of the care team.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with regulatory standards.
  3. Oversee and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  4. Maintain a strong focus on person-centred care, promoting dignity and respect for all residents.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the care team.
  6. Proven experience in a nursing/care home setting for older people.
  7. Extensive clinical knowledge and ability to apply it effectively in a care management role.
  8. Sound understanding of CQC Regulations and legislation.
  9. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
