About the Role

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of leasehold and freehold properties.
  • Conduct lease extensions and auction transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, regulatory standards, and firm policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing, including complex transactions.
  • Working knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
  • Strong business development skills to drive revenue growth.
  • IT literacy with a willingness to adopt new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and professionals.
