Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of operatives and working closely with sub-contractors and senior management to ensure the contract requirements are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management.
  • Manage subcontractor performance in line with company policy, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and responsibilities.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be offered a competitive salary of 40,000 + excellent package + van and fuel card.

Requirements:
  • SMSTS.
  • Previous experience of leading teams is preferred, ideally in Social Housing.
